A new acquisition along with the Relic P. This is as much a tribute to the 70's with it's mild (but really authentic) relic job and 'changed' hardware that was quite common in the early to mid-70's. It's got an alder body with accurate sea foam green nitro finish and a maple neck with pearl block inlays. The finish has very fine checking all over just like an aged early 70's Fender would. All the hardware is black-anodized including the Badass bridge, control plate, neck plate and the Schaller tuners. The white knobs contrast nicely! It has really neat Delano pickups with giant 3/8" pole pieces and they sound as great as they look. The bass weighs around 9 lbs.

I'm putting this and the relic P through the paces before listing them for sale so stay tuned for updates.

UPDATE: This bass kills! I have the action set as low as possible and the ruler-straight neck exhibits absolutely NO buzzing and dead-perfect intonation. The Delano pickups rule and not just in sheer output; nuance is the buzzword of the day as far as tone goes. You will not only be noticed playing this bass, you will be heard as well!
