SOLD 12/2023! There was a time when Peavey basses were only made in the USA and this one is from that Golden Era. The Unity was a step up from the Foundation series in that it featured an alder body with maple neck-thru design along with a body that was contoured in the back to allow for more playing comfort. They were a lot more expensive than the bolt-on Foundations and never really took off. This is a passive model with P/J pickups and finished in Electric Blue metallic with black hardware. The back of the neck is factory finished in clear so the blue wouldn't wear off. It really does have a pro-quality feel that's very comfy to play. The tone is ballsy and pretty versatile and can easily be upgraded to a 9-volt preamp. Weighs just under 8 1/2 lbs and includes a nice gig bag.
