SOLD 04/2024! If you like black, then this bass is your cup of tea! Of course you also have to like the Bongo design and that's a matter of preference. One thing is for certain and that's the fact that this was a limited edition that still sells for around $3000 new. Overall, the bass is in excellent condition with not much wear to the matte stealth finish. The bass is literally, all-black including the hardware and pole pieces on the pickups. It has a 24-fret ebony fretboard which only enhances the all-black stealth effect; 34" scale length. The HH model has an infinite variety of tones and the 18-volt preamp really brings out the best of them. The controls are recessed slightly into the body and feature volume, pan, concentric treble/bass and concentric mid level/frequency. Amazingly, it weighs just 9 lbs and balances incredibly well! Comes with the original Bongo-specific MM hardshell case.
