ON SALE! Who out there doesn't like these basses? This is one of the most satisfying takes on a Jazz Bass because it checks all the boxes. Great looks, check. Ultimate tone, check. Nicely balanced... you get the idea. I was a Lakland dealer for 15 years starting in the mid-90's and the Skyline models sacrifice nothing compared to their USA counterparts. Except a few thousand dollars, of course! I've got it priced right, too. This one is visually stunning with a natural swamp ash body and maple neck with black block inlays. It just screams 1970's. The passive pickups and familiar control layout invite the player to just play and not worry about fussing with half-a-dozen knobs. The bass is in pristine condition, weighs just 9 1/4 lbs and comes with a deluxe Lakland gig bag.
