SOLD 04/20! This is a pretty scarce reissue and the quality is evident throughout from the flame maple body (with binding) to the set neck and the great-sounding pickups & electronics. This is one of the earlier Contemporary models clearly marked 'Designed in Germany'. The bass is in perfect condition with a 3-piece maple neck, rosewood fretboard, vintage-style pickups each with its own volume and tone controls. The action is set nice and low and this bass is only 1 1/2 " thick so it is really comfy to play. Comes with the beautiful original hard case.
