SOLD 07/21! Sometimes I get a bass that just totally takes me by surprise. I took this in trade a few weeks ago and just played it for over an hour after setting it up and I was more than pleasantly surprised. It's very well-made with a trans black finish over ash body and bolt-on maple neck with rosewood fretboard. Two passive soapbar pickups with 2 volumes and a single tone control and black hardware including a nice bridge and Gotoh tuners. It all seems pretty pedestrian until you plug it in. This has a full tone and sustain that's almost Steinberger-esque in it's clarity. What I'm trying to say here is that this has a place in a full-time player's arsenal and also makes a PERFECT first 5-string. Also includes a nice gig bag.
