SOLD 07/18! This is a prime example of a good guitar that happens to be made in China. The high level of quality is admirable and totally unexpected at this price. Not only that, this is a super-cool design and a very playable guitar. It's a laminated maple top and a mahogany body with a set maple neck and the body, neck & headstock are beautifully bound. The well-designed F-holes allow the guitar to play loud even when it's unplugged and that character shows even when you amp up the guitar. The action is great and the tone is just what you would expect from Les Paul Custom configuration. The great thing is the guitar only weighs 6 1/4 lbs; try and find a Les Paul that is that easy on the shoulder! The guitar is basically brand new and includes a molded high quality hardshell case.
