SOLD 1/2020! Ahhh, the vernerable and once overlooked T-40. Consistently one of the heaviest basses out there. Taken for granted like no other USA-made bass (except for Carvin) in its day. But they are making a big comeback! I've had 5 of these the past month and would take 5 more if I could find them. This one is your 'typical' natural ash body with maple neck and weighs as much as your stove, actually around 11 1/2 lbs. Small, stable crack below the E-tuner; no big deal as one out of three T-40s have it. But they have a unique tone and a fabulous slim neck and a lot of players have finally discovered them. Hey, it took 35 years but it's better late than never! Includes the bullet OHSC with four latches.
