SOLD 07/08/2018! Well-played & well-loved, that's the way we like 'em here at The Bass Palace! This one certainly has some mileage on it but was taken care of with no damage or buckle wear, just some spots where the original owner found a groove and hung out there. The ash body was subjected to some funk-style playing but only a few shallow chatter marks are visible on the treble side close to the neck. There is hardly any wear on the neck & frets and the action is set nice & low. This one features the 5-piece maple bolt-on neck with ovankol fretboard and 24 frets and an adjustable nut. There is a "G" prefix before the serial number which may indicate it was made in Germany. The bass just screams with 2 big humbuckers and passive volume/volume/tone controls with push/pull coil-tap on the volume pots for each pickup. The neck is super-fast with 1 1/2" width at the nut and an ever-so-slightly beefy profile that's really comfy. The bass tips the scale at only 8 3/4 lbs and comes in a nice gig bag.
