SOLD 5/5/18! One of my favorite Fender basses and metallic red is the coolest color. The P Lyte is not just a smaller Japan-made version of the P-Bass but a unique instrument on its own. The smaller body, slimmer neck and active electronics added a whole new dimension to the versatility of the P-Bass. Finished in metallic red with an alder body and matching headstock. It has a bolt-on maple neck with rosewood fretboard and 22 easy-access frets. The neck is perfectly straight and the truss rod works great. 

The gold Bridge & tuners are in perfect shape with no wear or pitting of the gold plating. Even the gold leaf Fender logo on both pickups is still like new! The active P/J pickups include a 9-volt preamp with volume, pan, bass & treble controls. This setup is very quiet and provides a wide range of useable tones. The bass is in excellent+ condition with one ding on the lower edge (shown). Weighs is at a fabulous 7 pounds and includes hardshell case.
