This model was only Made in Korea for about a year before it was discontinued in favor of the 20-fret models made in Mexico and the USA, It was actually produced in the same factory as the Lakland Skyline basses! The quality is first-rate and 9 out of 10 players look at this and think it's a USA model. It's just as good and costs $500 less. The quilt maple top stands out beneath the tobacco sunburst finish. Bolt-on maple neck with rosewood fretboard and nice low action. It's a 6=bolt design which was exclusive to only this model. There's a pair of Basslines pickups and a 9-volt preamp with volume, pan, bass, treble and mid controls. Also an active/passive switch. The bass balances well at 9 1/4 lbs and comes in a TKL hardshell case.
