ON HOLD (AD)! This is a great bass that is not currently for sale while I decide to keep it or sell it in unrestored condition versus keeping or selling it in restored condition. It's just a great bass as is! It certainly has more than its fair share of wear and dings but the fretboard and frets are in remarkably fine condition and the original electronics all work as they should. The Bartolini J pickups & preamp, the Badass II bridge and the early non-locking Sperzel tuners are all original equipment. It even comes with the original Calzone flight case! I think a lot of the finish wear came from reacting with the notorious foam lining of the case which has a propensity for dissolving lacquer over a period of time, even when properly stored. To me it just adds to the total vibe of the bass. The bass is solid maple with a maple set-neck and rosewood fretboard.
