SOLD 5/5/18! As a long time G&L fan I'm still amazed at the overall quality of the Tribute basses. I've played every USA G&L bass ever made and it's hard to tell the difference without looking at the back of the headstock. The JB-2 is a great alternative to a Fender Standard Jazz Bass and actually has a more comfy-feeling neck. This one has a nice-looking ash body in natural gloss finish and a maple neck with rosewood fretboard. I like the fact that these have 22 frets so you can get up to high E, it makes a huge difference for improvising. The bass looks brand new with just a few very minor handling marks and weighs just 8 1/2 lbs. Comes with a deluxe padded gig bag.
