Produced in the same factory as the Lakland Skyline basses so you know the quality is nothing short of first-rate. This one features a solid alder body with a stealth black finish on the body and entire neck, including the headstock. Full 2-octave rosewood fretboard with chrome Deluxe bridge & Hipshot Ultralight tuners. It features two vintage spec Jazz pickups and an active preamp with volume, pan, bass/mid/treble controls and an active/passive switch. Note: the bass was converted to an 18-volt Bartolini preamp with an additional rout for the extra battery which is well-hidden under the battery cover. Even though it adds to the tone I have taken this mod into consideration when pricing the bass. Weighs 9 1/4 lbs and comes in a TKL hard case.
