SOLD 05/2023! Remember when this was the most despised brand change since Coke changed their formula to New Coke? Well times have changed! Not only were production numbers very low on these, the longer horn actually proved to be quite comfortable. In addition the extra fret gave players access to a high E on the 21st fret and that made the bass 100% more versatile. Even the tone on these has focus that was not attainable on other models in the Fender line. Anyway, the bass has a few scuffs and scratches but no damage. The metallic violet finish really stands out and (despite the bluish tint in the pics) this is a very purple bass. The body is alder with a maple neck and rosewood fretboard. Weight is around 9 lbs and the bass comes in a period-correct Fender hard case.
