TRADED 10/2021! So much cooler than a Gibson EB-O from the same era and much, MUCH better-sounding. This is no mud-bucket, that's for sure! The bass is finished in cherry with a mahogany body and set-neck and the iconic 'bat wing' headstock. 1968 was the first year of the bridge with individual nylon saddles. This one intonates perfectly with loads of sustain and no dead spots. The notes ring out all the way up & down the fretboard and don't lose any clarity when played through an amp. This is definitely one of the most satisfying EB-O style basses I have had in-hand... ever! Comes in a 70's TKL Epiphone hard case which protects the bass really well.
